Welcome to Felibook. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our appointment booking platform and related services. By accessing or using Felibook, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Felibook provides an online appointment booking and management platform designed for service-based businesses. Our services include:

• Online booking system for clients
• Calendar and appointment management
• Automated reminders via SMS and email
• Client database management
• Payment processing integration
• Business analytics and reporting
• Mobile applications (iOS and Android)

To use Felibook, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion.

3.1 Free Trial: We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required to start your trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will be downgraded unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

3.2 Subscription Plans: After the trial period, you may subscribe to our Professional Plan at €30 per month. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance.

3.3 Payment: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

3.4 No Commission: Unlike other platforms, we charge only the monthly subscription fee. We do not take any commission or percentage of bookings made through our platform.

3.5 Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current rate for 12 months.

4.1 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period.

4.2 No Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel during a billing period, you will retain access to the service until the end of that period.

4.3 Account Termination: Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, allowing you to reactivate if needed.

You agree to use Felibook only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Scrape or harvest data from our platform
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission
• Use the service for illegal or fraudulent activities

6.1 Your Data: You retain all rights to the data you input into Felibook, including client information, appointments, and business data.

6.2 Data Processing: We process your data solely to provide our services. We comply with GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations.

6.3 Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6.4 Data Export: You may export your data at any time through your account dashboard.

Felibook and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Felibook and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or software without our express written permission.

8.1 Uptime: We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

8.2 Service Changes: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We continuously improve our platform based on user feedback.

8.3 Third-Party Services: Our service integrates with third-party services (payment processors, SMS providers, etc.). We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Felibook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Felibook and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first to seek an informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through communication.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be governed by the laws of [jurisdiction] and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [location].
